Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Compensation $52,000-$96,000 Per Year Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. He is married to his beautiful wife Anna and Charlotte has been our home since 2015. They have a son named Owen and a Labradoodle named Harvey (who frequents the office and is a customer favorite!). He enjoy sports, in particular college football and basketball, and spending time with family in his free time.
