"Sondra was supposed to assist me in securing a better rate but instead caused me to incur a “short rate fee” from my previous insurers. Even after calling to request a new agent the representative neglected to inform me that in order for the change to go through I would need to respond “confirm” to the confirmation email sent. There always seems to be some sort of issue. It’s a no for me. Negative stars. Do not recommend."
"Ms. Bentley, when you signed up with your prior insurance company there would have been information regarding a short rate cancellation. We are not in control of the other insurance companies cancellation processes - that is the responsibility of the insured to confirm with their current company if there is a penalty for switching mid-term. "
