Stephen Buckley is an award-winning State Farm Agent looking to grow our excellent, hardworking team. We are searching for a competitive producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. Your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.   • Property & Casualty License (Must be able to obtain)
  • Life & Health License (Must be able to obtain)
  • Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
  • Sales Experience Preferred

  • Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
  • Work closely in a team environment, participating in weekly meetings and ongoing collaborative efforts
  • Actively participate in hands-on learning and coaching to become an industry expert

Compensation $52,000-$96,000 Per Year Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. He is married to his beautiful wife Anna and Charlotte has been our home since 2015. They have a son named Owen and a Labradoodle named Harvey (who frequents the office and is a customer favorite!). He enjoy sports, in particular college football and basketball, and spending time with family in his free time.
